Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary Rules & Regulations
Please read and follow all the rules carefully before entering the sanctuary:

Timings: The sanctuary is open for visitors from 07:00 AM and exit is mandatory before 06:00 PM. Kindly plan your visit accordingly.

Permits: All visitors must carry a booking receipt along with a valid government-issued ID proof matching the booking name. Entry is limited as per sanctuary capacity.

Vehicle & Parking: Vehicles are not permitted in restricted areas. Please use designated parking zones and obtain a valid parking receipt.

Route Rules: Visitors are strictly prohibited from changing or deviating from the routes marked by the Forest Department.

Noise Restrictions: Visitors must maintain silence during the trek to avoid disturbing wildlife. Loud music systems and mobile audio are strictly prohibited.

Littering: Littering inside the forest is strictly prohibited. A refundable deposit of ₹50 per plastic item will be collected and refunded upon returning the plastic waste at the exit gate.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made 5 or more days before booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between 2 to 5 days prior. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows.

Smoking: Smoking inside the forest area is strictly prohibited.

Photography: Photography is allowed; however, flash photography, spotlights, and drone usage are prohibited. Commercial shoots require prior permission.

Guide: Hiring a certified guide is highly recommended. For guide assistance contact +91 9309469719. Guide charges are separate and payable at the gate. Carry cash due to limited network connectivity.

Fines & Violations: Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary is protected under Section 26(a) of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. Violations may result in strict legal action and penalties.

Safety & Liability: Visitors must exercise caution at all times. The Forest Department of Maharashtra and JFM Committee are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or mishaps.

Feeding Animals: Feeding animals is strictly prohibited as it may attract dangerous wildlife towards visitors.

Receipt Notice: This is a computer-generated receipt and does not require a physical signature. Any alterations or modifications will be treated as an offence.
