House Booking Timings: Check-in time is 11:00 AM and check-out time is 09:00 AM on the following day.
Occupancy & Entry Rules: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room. Extra person/bed charges will be applicable. Valid ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, etc.) is mandatory at check-in. All tourists must present a booking receipt along with a hard copy of a valid government-issued ID matching the booking name. Entry is restricted to a limited number of visitors at a time.
Entry Charges: Entry charges are NOT included in the stay charges and must be purchased separately. All guests are required to buy entry tickets at the time of check-in.
Noise: Visitors are expected to maintain silence to avoid disturbing wildlife. Music systems and loud mobile audio are strictly prohibited. Violations may attract penalties as per government regulations.
Littering: Littering inside the forest is strictly prohibited. A refundable security deposit of ₹50 per plastic item will be collected at the entry gate and refunded upon returning the plastic waste at the exit gate.
Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds, returns, transfers, or rescheduling allowed for Stay bookings.
Smoking & Drinking: Smoking and consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited inside the forest and premises. Violations may result in immediate eviction and legal action.
Guide: Hiring a certified guide is highly recommended for a safer and more enriching experience. For guide assistance, contact +91 9309469719. Guide charges are separate and payable directly at the gate. Visitors are advised to carry cash due to unreliable network connectivity.
Fines & Violations: Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area under Section 26(a) of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. Any violation of the rules may result in strict legal action and penalties.
Safety & Liability: Visitors are advised to exercise caution at all times. The Forest Department of Maharashtra and the JFM Committee shall not be held responsible for any accidents, mishaps, or untoward incidents. No compensation will be provided under any circumstances.
Meals: Meals are not included in the stay charges. Food and beverage arrangements are not provided by the Forest Department. Guests may arrange meals at their own cost. Additional charges may apply for any catering services arranged on request.
